Where this work comes from

I didn’t arrive here from a neat, linear career path.

I built businesses while homeschooling five kids, navigating neurodivergence, medical appointments, and rebuilding my life after domestic violence. I needed strategies that worked in real life, not systems that assumed unlimited time, energy, or emotional bandwidth.

What I did have was pattern recognition.

I noticed how tone, identity, consistency, and context shape trust. How people decide who feels credible, safe, or worth listening to. And how often brands are saying something very different from what they mean to say.

So I studied it.
Then I systemized it.

From the beginning, this work has been about the entrepreneurs who felt overlooked, underestimated, or boxed in by louder voices. Not because they weren’t capable, but because the way they were showing up didn’t reflect who they actually were or what they were building.

From coaching to category creation

As the work deepened, it became clear that traditional coaching models weren’t enough.
