So, I decided to do it differently.

In the ever-evolving entrepreneurship landscape, Blossom To Success INC, founded by Karen Hewitt in 2017, has grown into a powerhouse of authentic social media strategy and disruptive brand coaching.
Initially rooted in NLP life coaching, the business evolved organically to meet the needs of solopreneurs seeking genuine connection and practical social media training. Karen’s innate understanding of audience psychology and the importance of authentic connection paved the way for a paradigm shift within the industry.
In 2019, Blossom To Success entered a transformative phase, aligning with Meta products through in-person training with the Meta team. This move solidified their commitment to innovation and positioned them as leaders in ethical, impactful social media strategies.
Recognition followed quickly. In 2020, Karen was named a Woman in Business to Know by Know Phoenix, one of many accolades that cemented Blossom To Success as a trailblazer in the business world.
In 2023, Blossom To Success gained further visibility when featured in Canvas Rebel, highlighting the company’s unique approach and impact. That same year, Karen joined the Arizona Commerce Authority as a Small Business Mentor, guiding fellow entrepreneurs, and led a transformative BootCamp session designed to equip small businesses with tools for sustainable growth.
Then, in 2025, Blossom To Success entered its most innovative era yet with the creation of the Disruption Heat Scale and Disruption Archetypes, proprietary frameworks designed to measure brand presence, uncover perception gaps, and craft strategies that connect, convert, and disrupt the scroll. These tools quickly became a signature offering, redefining how entrepreneurs approach visibility and audience connection in the digital space.
At its heart, Blossom To Success is about more than strategy. It’s about building thriving businesses through genuine relationships, inclusion, authenticity, and success achieved via meaningful human connection.
